Specialized flexible sealing gel for dynamic joints and critical waterproofing applications.
Our Special Gel range features premium elastomeric sealing compounds designed for applications requiring exceptional flexibility and specialized waterproofing performance. These advanced gel formulations provide superior adhesion to various substrates while maintaining flexibility under extreme temperature variations and structural movements. Ideal for sealing expansion joints, pipe penetrations, and other critical areas where traditional sealants may fail, our special gels offer unique properties for challenging sealing applications in construction, marine, and industrial environments.
Perfect for sealing building expansion joints that experience significant movement due to thermal cycling and structural settling.
Ideal for sealing around pipes, conduits, HVAC ducts, and other penetrations through walls, floors, and roofs.
Excellent for glazing applications, curtain wall perimeter sealing, and architectural joint sealing in modern buildings.
Suitable for boat deck sealing, marine structure waterproofing, and underwater applications requiring flexible sealing.

Our Special Gel can effectively seal joints up to 50mm wide. For wider joints, we recommend using a backer rod and applying the gel in the appropriate depth-to-width ratio of 1:2. For joints wider than 50mm, contact our technical team for specialized recommendations.
Yes, Special Gel can be applied in temperatures as low as 5°C. However, cure time will be significantly extended in cold conditions. Ensure surfaces are completely dry and free from frost, ice, or condensation before application. For optimal results, apply when temperatures are above 10°C.
Our Special Gel can be applied to damp surfaces and will cure underwater, making it suitable for certain marine and underwater sealing applications. However, for critical underwater applications, we recommend our specialized marine-grade formulations. Contact our technical team for specific underwater application guidance.
